Terms of Service
♥Payment is taken up front, and I will not start the commission until payment is received.♥Once you own your commission you are allowed to post it where you like, and use it as profile picture, banner, etc but please do not reproduce it and sell it as your own! Please credit me if you post it on social media.♥Commissions can take 3-5 weeks, but in the event of full slots they can take up to 8-9 weeks! If you need something by a certain date, please let me know! If there are any delays I will inform you.♥Once a commission has been started and the sketch/early stages have been sent you are not able to receive a refund.♥I can work off of any sort of reference you want to give me! But to make it easier, please provide images of your character. If none exist, please provide a detailed description of the character.♥Please do not ask me to draw in another artist style.♥All commissions must be paid through Paypal USD, and I will send out invoices. F+F payment is not allowed.♥I reserve the right to refuse a commission. Thank you for understanding!♥For extended revisions (more than three, please understand that I charge an extra fee if design has been approved and then changes are asked to be made repeatedly!♥For commercial made works, please let me know as there is a 200% price increase (Depending on product to be made!) if you plan to use it on shirts/keychains/other works that can be distributed to others outside of you.♥If commercial works are needed and made please contact me for more contractual details.♥You may NOT resell my artwork. If you decide to sell your character/design/etc, please let me know beforehand and we can discuss, but as of right now I do not allow the reselling of my artwork.♥Client agrees that if a deadline is not given then their commission will be finished within 2-6 weeks, and any delays will be relayed to the client. Please inform me BEFORE your commission is put in if you have a deadline or else I cannot guarantee the delivery date!♥Please do not send me multiple messages asking for updates if an update has already been given. For more than one person, please add 50% off the commission price. I offer discounts for sets! 4 for $75, and 6 for $100.They can also be used in graphics, icons, etc as you please after the final product is sent off to you.
